Rodney Kern

Rodney graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Rodney is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and is Pelco Endura Video Manager System certified. Rodney worked for Jordan Controls in Milwaukee for several years in engineering, prior to becoming their Network Administrator. In 2004 he started his career with Accurate Controls as an Electrical Designer. He worked in all aspects of engineering projects, CAD, design, estimation, setup and configuration.

In one year he transitioned to Engineering Team Manager. He oversaw the day to day operations with CAD and design, supporting project managers and field staff. In 2010, Rodney transitioned to a Project Manager, taking on some of the more complex and challenging projects. In 2016, he transitioned back to Engineering Team Manager, where he supervises the coordination and direction of projects including research and development of new system designs.
