Thomas R. Rogers

Tom started Rogers Electric, Inc. in 1975. Rogers Electric is an industrial-based electrical contracting company that focuses on major industrial manufacturers. He first conceived Accurate Controls in 1982 working with Leviton, and in 1989 Tom and his son TJ joined together to incorporate Accurate Controls. One year later they entered the Corrections market.

In 2006 he founded Advanced Paper Enterprises, a paper converting company also in Ripon, WI. He is also involved in many other business ventures. Tom’s business experience and his entrepreneurial spirit have contributed greatly to the success of ACI. Tom is very involved in his businesses, along with numerous community endeavors that are helping grow the city of Ripon.
