Lisa G.

Lisa G. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Accurate Corrosion Control, Inc. since May 2015, Lisa oversees HR programs, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Human Resources Manager at Parker Hannifin from 2007 to 2015, where responsibilities included strategic workforce planning and the implementation of HR policies after the acquisition of Danfoss Sea Recovery. Lisa also served as the Quality and Environmental ISO Systems Manager at Danfoss from 2010 to 2013 while simultaneously managing HR functions. Earlier in career, Lisa worked as the Executive Assistant Office Manager at Sea Recovery Corp from 2001 to 2007. Lisa holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
