Toby Hartman

Toby Hartman has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Strategy & Development at Accurate Energetic Systems, LLC since July 2020, after holding multiple leadership positions within the same company, including Vice President of Operations and Engineering Manager. Prior to this role, Toby Hartman was the Director of Manufacturing and Product Development at Oso Perforating from March 2018 to July 2020, and held similar management positions at Hunting Titan and Hunting Energy Services. Toby Hartman's technical background includes experience as a Ballistic/Manufacturing Engineer at Pacific Scientific and as a Design Engineer Intern, complemented by an M.B.A. from Northwood University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. This diverse expertise encompasses design and management of production processes, particularly in the creation of conical shaped charges for oil and gas well completion.
