Brenda Schuerman

Brenda Schuerman has an extensive background in customer service and communication care, currently serving as a Communication Care Specialist at Accurate Home Care since January 2017. Previously, Brenda held the position of Customer Service Supervisor at Firestone Metal Products from August 2007 to April 2016, where responsibilities included supervising a team, conducting performance evaluations, and participating in an SAP development project. Brenda's career in customer service began as a Customer Service Representative at Firestone, and prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at Portraits From the Heart from March 2001 to October 2005. Brenda graduated from Blaine High School in 1985 with a high school diploma.
