Alberto Poyo has diverse work experience in the field of technical support engineering. Alberto worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Accuray from 2011 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for secondary technical response and follow-up of customer issues, collaborating with Field Management and Field Service teams to proactively identify and prevent system failures. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at TomoTherapy from 2006 to 2011. Before that, they served as a Field Service Engineer at Aplicaciones Tecnológicas from 2005 to 2006 and at Elekta from 2003 to 2005.
Alberto Poyo has a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Deusto, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Universidad de Cantabria, where they earned a Licenciado degree in Physics from 1996 to 2001. Before pursuing university education, Alberto attended the Jose Maria de Pereda school, where they completed their Bachillerato. In terms of additional certifications, Alberto obtained the Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in November 2022.
