Business Manager DACH at Accuray

Desiree Sachsberger began their work experience in 1999 as a German Lab Instructor at the University of Regina. Desiree then taught as an Instructor at the German Language School of Regina from 1999 to 2001. Continuing their teaching career, they worked as a Graduate Instructor at The Graduate Students' Association of the University of Alberta from 2001 to 2002.

In 2002, they transitioned into the technology industry, joining 5D Information Management as an Implementation Specialist. Desiree implemented blood collection and testing software for German blood and plasma collection organizations, providing training and support in the local language. From 2004 to 2009, Desiree worked at 5D Europe, a Haemonetics Company, as a Support & Marketing Specialist.

In 2009, Desiree moved to Haemonetics Software Solutions as an Application Support Supervisor, managing a team of Customer Support Specialists and improving overall customer support operations. Desiree later took on the role of Client & Software Operations Manager from 2011 to 2015, where they managed the delivery of contracted services to customers in the DACH region and built strong customer relationships.

Desiree then joined Accuray in 2015 as the Regional Service Manager DACH, a role they held until 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the service operations in the DACH region.

In 2020, Desiree became a Key Account Manager at Accuray, where they currently hold the position.

Desiree Sachsberger holds a Master's Degree in Germanistik from the University of Alberta, which they completed in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Germanistik from the University of Regina in 2001. The exact duration of their studies at each university is not specified.
