Karen Fiello

Karen Fiello has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Karen started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Manager at The Hayner Hoyt Corporation. In 2013, they became Human Resources Director at The Wolak Group, Dunkin' Donuts. Karen then held the same role at WellNow Urgent Care from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CBRE. In 2020, they moved to AssuriCare as Human Resources Director. Most recently, in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Director of People Operations and then Director of People Operations at Werewolf Therapeutics.

Karen Fiello obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Northeastern University.
