Eduardo Sanz

Eduardo Sanz has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Eduardo is currently employed at Accuray as a Field Service Engineer III since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Accuray as a Field Service Engineer II from January 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Accuray, Eduardo worked at Aplicaciones Tecnológicas de la Física as an Engineer. Eduardo held the positions of Head of Technical Service Department/Senior Field Service Engineer from July 2007 to January 2020, and Head of Technical Service/Senior Field Service Engineer from March 2006 to July 2007. Eduardo'sresponsibilities at this company included installation, commissioning, and maintenance of various products related to radiation monitoring and electronic brachytherapy systems.

Prior to their role at Aplicaciones Tecnológicas de la Física, Eduardo worked at AEQ as a Field Service Engineer from 2004 to 2006, where they focused on the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of broadcasting digital devices. Eduardo also undertook missions in Asia-Pacific during this time.

Eduardo's career began at Grupo Álava Ingenieros, where they worked as a Sales Specialist from 2001 to 2004, and at TECNOTRÓN as a Field Service Engineer from December 1999 to March 2001.

Eduardo Sanz has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a specialization in Electronic Systems. Eduardo obtained this degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. Prior to that, Eduardo completed an Associates Degree in Digital Systems and Automation (FP III) from the Instituto FP Enrique Tierno Galván, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Eduardo has obtained certifications from the Spanish Nuclear Safety Council (CSN). In 2007, they obtained a certification in Process control and analytical techniques for radioactive facility operation. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Radiopherapy for radioactive facility operation.
