Ian Beam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and real estate. Currently serving as the Lead Field Service Engineer at Qualus since May 2024, Ian holds a NETA Level III certification. Prior experience includes working as a Realtor at Thread Real Estate since November 2020, and as a Field Services Engineer at Electrical Engineering & Service Co., Inc. from July 2019 to May 2024. Ian previously spent several years as a Realtor at Vanguard Realty and as an Electrical Engineer in the nuclear sector at Westinghouse Electric Company. Ian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University between 2002 and 2006.
