Hailin Xiao

Hailin Xiao has extensive experience in software quality test engineering. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Symantec as a Software Quality Test Engineer, where they were responsible for test case analysis and design, functionality and performance testing, and troubleshooting customer issues. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at GE Healthcare as a Software Quality Test Engineer, leading a team in developing test automation frameworks and designing test cases. Hailin also worked as a software engineer and played a key role in agile transformation and BDD/ATDD implementation. From 2016 to 2017, Hailin was the Team Lead for Test Automation Engineering at Richemont Information Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Since 2017, they have been with Accuray, initially serving as the Manager of Software QA Engineering and later promoted to Senior Manager.

Hailin Xiao completed their high school education at Mianyang High School from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a High School Diploma in the STEM field. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China from 2000 to 2007, obtaining a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering. Additionally, in March 2021, they obtained certifications in "Inspiring and Motivating Individuals" and "Managing Talent" from Coursera.
