Kumiko Miyano

Kumiko Miyano (Mori) serves as the Human Resources Lead at ispace, inc. since December 2021, specializing in Japan HRBP. Prior to this role, Kumiko held the position of Training Manager at Audi Japan KK from January 2016 to November 2021, focusing on HR development for automobile dealers. Kumiko's experience also includes working at Mercedes-Benz Japan, where roles ranged from Assistant Manager in Technology Compliance, overseeing projects related to MaaS, zero-emission vehicles, and autonomous driving, to a Human Resources Business Partner and PMO at Mercedes-Benz Finance Japan. With over eight years of HR experience, Kumiko's career began at Daimler China as the APAC HR manager for Executive Management Development. Kumiko is an alumnus of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
