medrick most recently served as the Vice President of Global Operations at Accuray, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP Operational Excellence and US Operations at Smiths Medical from January 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Smiths Medical, Medrick Rainbow held the position of General Manager at Voyant Beauty from December 2018 to January 2021. medrick also served as the AVP Operations at Wockhardt USA from February 2018 to December 2018.
