Megan Leanna has a diverse range of work experience. Megan started their career as a Recruiter at Epic from July 2017 to February 2019, where they worked in both recruitment and quality assurance. Megan then joined Codeworks IT Careers as a Recruiter from March 2019 to January 2021, where they effectively practiced full lifecycle sales skills and developed professional relationships with clients and candidates.

In November 2021, Megan joined Accuray as a Talent Acquisition and Culture Lead. In this role, they managed full lifecycle recruiting, built and implemented an efficient recruiting process, and partnered with the leadership team to develop effective recruiting strategies. In September 2022, they transitioned to the role of Acting HR Business Partner at Accuray. Their responsibilities include providing business support to global regulatory and quality stakeholders, driving operational excellence in HR processes, and leading personnel retention, talent management, and employee development initiatives. Megan also serves as the DEI Chair, overseeing various DEI initiatives and creating and curating DEI trainings.
