Steven Abitz

Steven Abitz has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Steven currently holds the position of Design for Manufacturability Engineer at Accuray, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at GE Healthcare for ten years, from 2011 to 2021. During their time at GE Healthcare, they held two roles: AME - Additive Technology Leader from January 2014 to July 2021, and AME Process Engineer - Mechanical from January 2011 to December 2013. Before joining GE Healthcare, Steven worked at Kohler Company as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer from November 2005 to December 2010. Steven'scareer began at Ford Motor Company as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they worked from May 2002 to November 2005.

Steven Abitz began their education journey in 1997 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Steven successfully completed their degree in 2002. In addition to their formal education, Steven obtained a certification in Microsoft Access Essential Training (Office 2021/LTSC) from LinkedIn in March 2023.
