Georg Angenendt

Dr. Georg Angenendt serves as the CTO and Co-Founder of ACCURE Battery Intelligence, where the focus is on providing actionable insights for battery systems in the automotive and energy sectors since June 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Angenendt held various positions including Research Grant at RWTH Aachen University and Project Leader at FEN Research Campus, managing initiatives related to energy storage for DC grids. Dr. Angenendt also contributed as Project Leader and Scientist at the Chair for Electrochemical Energy Conversion and Storage Systems at RWTH Aachen University, specializing in battery storage systems and their economic analyses, simulation, and optimization. Earlier career experiences include roles as Project Engineer at Statkraft and Research Assistant at the Institut für Elektrische Anlagen und Energiewirtschaft. Dr. Angenendt earned a Doctor of Engineering degree and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Engineering: Electrical Power Engineering, both from RWTH Aachen University.
