Philip Driessen

Philip Driessen has been working in the engineering and technology industry since 2002. Philip began their career as the Chief Executive Officer at WebquiSite, then moved on to become the Lead Developer at EXAMENSPLAN by Didaxis UG in 2013. In the same year, they began working as the Research Associate - Chair of Process and Data Science at RWTH Aachen University and a Student Assistant - Chair of Process and Data Science. From 2013 to 2021, Philip held various roles at PRECIRE Technologies GmbH, including Chief Technology Officer, Head of Data Science and Software Engineering, Head of Data Science, and Data Science and Software Engineer. In 2019, Philip also began working as a Dad for their family. Most recently, in 2021, Philip joined ACCURE Battery Intelligence as the Director of Engineering and a Startup Engineer.

Philip Driessen began their educational journey in 1994 when they attended Stiftisches Gymnasium Düren, where they earned an Abitur in Mathematics and English. In 2003, they completed Basic Military Service at the Technische Schule Landsysteme und Fachschule des Heeres für Technik and achieved the rank of Gunman - Private First Class. From 2004 to 2007, they studied Computer Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. Philip then returned to RWTH Aachen University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science.
