Philippe Monteyne

Philippe Monteyne currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Accure Therapeutics and as an Independent Board Member for both Sagitta Biotech and Op2Lysis. Monteyne is also a Partner at Aliath Bioventures, which focuses on funding impactful healthcare innovations. Concurrently, Monteyne holds the position of Professor and Course Coordinator for the Advanced Master in Biotech & MedTech Ventures at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. With extensive experience on various boards, including Aelix Therapeutics, ONA Therapeutics, Egle Therapeutics, and previously as Co-Founder and Board Member of ExeVir, Monteyne contributes deep expertise in biotechnology, immunology, and medical development. Education credentials include an MD in Neurology and a PhD in Viral Immunology from Université catholique de Louvain, along with advanced management training from INSEAD and post-doctoral research at the Pasteur Institute.
