Lauren Murtha

Lauren Murtha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lauren began their career in 2006 at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they worked as a Human Resources Administrator until 2008. After that, they joined Tyler Lending Group in 2011 as a Mortgage Loan Processor, where they stayed until 2013. In 2014, they joined McDermott International, Ltd as an Intern and eventually worked their way up to the position of Senior HR Generalist / Interim HR Manager. Lauren'sresponsibilities at McDermott International also included roles such as Project Staffing Manager and Strategic / Global Workforce Planning Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Accurity Consolidated as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later transitioned to the role of National Manager, Talent Acquisition in 2022.

Lauren Murtha has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and other related support services. Lauren obtained this degree from the University of Texas at Tyler from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Tyler Junior College from 2005 to 2007 and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. In addition to their degrees, Lauren also holds certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2019 and Workforce Analytics from the HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) in 2020.
