Chloe Arsenault

Chloe Arsenault has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Ottawa. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of Office Administrator at FCi (Fleming Communications Inc.). In 2019, Chloe worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Quantum Management Services Ltd. Chloe then transitioned to Wurth Canada Limited in 2020, where they served as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist until 2021. Currently, Chloe is employed at Sleeman Breweries Ltd., starting as a National Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor in 2021 and currently holding the role of Team Lead, Talent Acquisition.

Chloe Arsenault completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Ottawa from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Human Resources Certificate at Conestoga College, starting in 2023. Additionally, Chloe has obtained several certifications including "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," "Talent Management," and "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn. These certifications were achieved in October 2022 and March 2022, respectively.
