Charlène Lesbros

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene leads patient care initiatives and bedside education. Prior positions include Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was executed in a level one trauma center, as well as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT. Charlene's nursing foundation was established as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
