Amber Westerholm- Smyth

Amber Westerholm-Smyth is a seasoned user researcher with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Accurx, Amber serves as Chief of Staff - Product and previously held positions as Director of User Research and Lead User Researcher. Amber has also contributed to Freetrade and the Ministry of Justice UK as a Senior User Researcher. Additional experience includes a role as Senior User Experience Designer during a secondment to Policy Lab within the Department for Education and starting as a Junior User Researcher at Government Digital Service. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford and additional training through UC Berkeley Extension.
