Erica Lucci

Erica Lucci serves as the Director of Software Engineering & Product at Accuserve Solutions since June 2024. Prior to this role, Erica held various leadership positions, including Technical Delivery Manager and Program Manager at Discount Tire, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT services and platform support for analytics and business intelligence. Previous experience includes roles at American Express focusing on Agile project management in IVR technology, as well as consulting and project management roles at MSS Technologies, Vaco Supply Chain Solutions, and JDA Software, where Erica successfully managed complex projects, client relationships, and team dynamics. Erica holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership from the SMU Cox School of Business and a B.F.A. in Art Education from Texas Tech University.
