Heidi Clemens has extensive experience in the field of implementation and business development. Heidi'smost recent role was as the Director of Implementation at AccuSourceHR, Inc., where they developed processes to reduce client onboarding time and utilized SalesForce to streamline implementations. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Service Manager at InCheck, Inc. Heidi also has experience at AccuSource, Inc., where they served as a Business Development/Implementation Manager and a Business Development/Solution Engineer. Before that, they worked at JDP as a Product Specialist/Solution Engineer, where they bridged the gap between sales and operations and developed new products and processes. Heidi also worked as a Senior Product Manager at First Advantage, where they improved and managed various products. Additionally, Heidi has experience at Verifications, Inc. as an Assistant Operations Manager, where they served as a product analyst, project manager, and assistant manager, overseeing a team of 120 members and ensuring productivity and quality control.

Heidi Clemens obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, and Marketing from Northern State University, which they completed between 1998 and 2002.
