David Defilippis

David Defilippis has extensive work experience in the field of video operations. David started their career in 2002 as a Video Editor with OptumHealth Education, where they worked on creating and editing educational videos. In 2010, they joined AccuWeather as a Video Technician, responsible for producing, directing, recording, and editing various video products. David then worked their way up to become a Senior Videographer, where they collaborated with the creative team to develop and produce video content. In 2013, they were promoted to Video Operations Manager, where they managed and trained a technical staff and coordinated day-to-day activities. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Video Operations at AccuWeather, overseeing all aspects of video operations.

David Defilippis has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Science from Bucks County Community College, which they obtained in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Telecommunications and Media Industries from Penn State University in 2002. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained certifications in "Leading at a Distance" and "Managing Organizational Change for Managers" from LinkedIn in 2021.
