Xinwen Hu

Xinwen Hu is currently an Analytics & Insights Specialist at AccuWeather. Prior to joining AccuWeather, Xinwen worked as an Accounting Analyst at Hilton from August 2016 to April 2017. In this role, Xinwen was responsible for preparing journal vouchers and month-end closings, investigating and reviewing variance explanations, and ensuring all tax documentation was properly maintained. Xinwen also worked as a Research Assistant at Fisher College of Business from May 2015 to May 2016, and as a Business Analyst Intern at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd from May 2014 to August 2014.

Xinwen Hu has a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and is certified by A Cloud Guru as a Google Certified Professional Data Engineer as well as a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer (LA). Xinwen is also certified by SAS in SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9, SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9, and Applied Analytics Using SAS Enterprise Miner. In addition, Xinwen Hu has completed the R Rrogramming course on Coursera and holds certifications from PADI (Open Water Diver) and Google (Google Analytics Individual Qualification).
