Jeremy Pranger

Jeremy Pranger is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in technical support and account management. Currently serving as Technical Support Supervisor and previously in various roles including Technical Account Manager and Senior Professional Services Engineer at ACDI since June 2012, Pranger has cultivated expertise in customer support and technical solutions. Prior experience includes a position as Connection Center Associate at Walmart, assisting customers with wireless accounts for major service providers, and as District Technology Support for Benton School District, where support was provided to a large user base across a Windows infrastructure. Pranger holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Arkansas Tech University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
