Currently serving as Chief of Party, Project Director, and Executive Director at ACDI/VOCA, Eduardo oversees a multimillion-dollar program focused on climate-smart agriculture and food security in Honduras. Previously, as Senior Advisor for Economics and Business Analytics at USAID, Eduardo led project design and evaluation efforts, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and maximizing impact. Eduardo's background includes roles as Senior International Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, CEO at HOI, Inc., and leadership positions at USAID, where a significant program portfolio was managed to enhance economic growth and market systems. With educational credentials including a Master’s in Agriculture, Economic Development Policy & Finance from the University of Bradford and a Bachelor's in Agricultural Business and Management from EAP Zamorano, Eduardo is well-equipped to drive sustainable economic and social development initiatives.
