Michael P. has over 20 years of experience in information technology leadership roles. Michael is currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Technology at ACDI/VOCA, where they are responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and management of technology services. Prior to this, they were the Director of Data and Technology at SEIU, where they led a team and provided strategic direction in various areas of IT. Michael also served as the Director of Business Technology and Support at the National 4-H Council, where they successfully managed budgets and implemented technology solutions. Before that, they held the position of Director of Information Technology at the American Society of Anesthesiologists, leading a team through various projects and managing the development lifecycle. Michael started their career as the Director of Information Technology at the National PTA, where they directed a comprehensive program and built strategic relationships.
Michael P. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Northwestern University. Michael also has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Furthermore, they have obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in June 2020.
