Yves Kouadio

Yves Kouadio is a seasoned finance and administration professional with extensive experience in project management and operational oversight. Currently serving as Finance, Administration & Grant Manager at ACDI/VOCA since July 2018, Yves excels in guiding operational aspects for efficient project implementation and managing large-scale events. Previously, Yves held key roles at DAI, including Finance and Administration Manager, where responsibilities involved financial coordination with USAID missions, managing multi-donor funding, and monitoring project expenditures. Yves has also worked as Operations Manager at Global Challenger International and SA Microfinance, demonstrating strong capabilities in proposal writing, donor relations, and field operations management. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering and Project Management from Coventry University and a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the Institute of Commercial Management.
