Carmen Fernández De La Cigoña Cantero

María del Carmen Fernández de la Cigoña Cantero combines her position as director of the CEU Family Studies Institute with that of professor at the CEU San Pablo University, where she teaches classes on Church Social Doctrine. She has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, where she obtained the extraordinary Doctorate award from the Faculty of Law.

He is Congregante Mariana, a propagandist for more than 15 years and a collaborator of Radio María where he was manager for 2 years.

He has participated in various research projects, in addition to participating in numerous conferences and publishing articles in various media, on the Social Doctrine of the Church and the defense of the family and life. He also collaborates with talks and conferences in different parishes, also on these issues and affective sexual education and parental freedom. She has also served as vice-rector for students at the CEU San Pablo University (2009-2011), Secretary of the Ángel Ayala-CEU Institute of Humanities for the CEU San Pablo University (2000-2009), Deputy Secretary General and Academic Director of the CEU Institute of Humanities Ángel Ayala (2008-2009), holder of the Juan Pablo II Chair of the CEU Institute of Humanities Ángel Ayala, and Patron of the San Pablo Foundation for Study Aid.
