Katie Patullo is currently a Product Coordinator at Ace Aquatec. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Representative at DUSA - Dundee University Students' Association from September 2016 to May 2020. Katie has also worked as an Assistant Manager at McDonald's from October 2015 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for reopening the restaurant during the pandemic, scheduling for 120+ crew, managing all individual availabilities and time off requests, completing weekly and monthly financial P&L lines for profit after controllable (PAC) tracking, overseeing all shift managers work, and shift planning. Katie Patullo has a Joint Honours Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Geography from the University of Dundee. Katie also has certification from the Chartered Management Institute in SVQ in Management, McDonald's in Planned and Daily Maintenance, Advanced Shift Leadership, Shift Management and Food and Restaurant Safety, and Duke Of Edinburgh Award Scheme in Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award.
