Cathy Baumann

Cathy Baumann is a seasoned food safety professional with extensive experience in quality and corporate compliance. Current roles include a retired food safety professional at ACE/Weston Foods since August 2019 and a consultant at ACE Bakery since February 2011. Previously, Cathy held the position of Compliance Manager at Ready Bake Brampton and worked in various quality assurance roles at Weston Foods from 1987 to 2011. Cathy Baumann holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Guelph and a Master of Business Administration from York University.
