Heather T. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant and previously as the Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at ACE Charter Schools since October 2020. With a strong background in HR roles spanning over two decades, Heather has held positions at various organizations including Making Waves Foundation, Making Waves Academy, North East Medical Services, IKEA, Andronico's Markets, Target, and Safeway. Key responsibilities have included HRIS implementation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance management. Heather holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and has additional education from San Francisco State University and Diablo Valley College.
