Alison Minter is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently a Human Resources Consultant at HCF Australia since August 2022, Alison previously held the position of HR Shared Services Advisor - Assistant Vice President at Citi from August 2015 to August 2022. Prior roles include Compensation Specialist and HR People and Information Advisor at Nestlé Oceania from October 2012 to August 2015, and HR Advisor at Citigroup from August 1996 to September 2012. Alison began a career in HR as an HR Co-ordinator at ANA Hotel Sydney from January 1994 to August 1996. Alison holds a BA in Psychology from the University of New South Wales, earned between 1988 and 1990.
