Ash Cawthorne

Ash Cawthorne is an experienced maintenance engineer with a diverse background in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director & Maintenance Engineer Contractor Support Service at Ace Engineers since May 2023, Ash oversees a team of multi-skilled engineers providing 24/7 support, emergency call-out services, and mentoring for apprentices. Prior to this role, Ash was the Maintenance Lead at KP Snacks, where training support for apprentices and maintenance management led to significantly improved machine running levels. Ash's career also includes experience as a Maintenance Engineer at Greencore and as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer at New York Bakery Company Ltd. Ash holds an education from Rotherham Art and Technology College, attended from 2011 to 2015.
