Mike Tower

Mike Tower is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail and consulting. Currently serving as a board member for Ace Hardware International and GSP, Mike is also an executive partner at Executive Coaching Connections, LLC, where mentoring and career development for executives are prioritized. Previously, Mike held significant leadership roles, including Partner Emeritus at A.T. Kearney, where contributions spanned over three decades, and Managing Partner for North America. Additional experience includes senior positions at Sears and Home Acres Building Supply, emphasizing strategic growth and operational efficiency. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
