Nicholas Dy

Nicholas Dy is a seasoned professional in operations and sales, currently serving as the AVP of Operations at Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to this role, Nicholas served as the Southeast Asia Sales Manager for Commercial Solutions at 3M from June 2020 to May 2021. With a long tenure at 3M Philippines Inc. from March 2011 to June 2020, Nicholas held various leadership positions including Division Manager for Commercial Solutions, Channel Head for Hardware, National Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Manager. Earlier in career, Nicholas worked as an Export Manager at Sysu International Inc. from 2009 to 2011. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies with a Business Management track from Ateneo de Manila University, completed in 2001.
