Mshr Norleidy Hernandez

Norleidy Hernandez, MSHR, currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Fortitude Re since September 2022. Prior experience includes leading the Human Resources department as Head of Human Resources at IMAC Regeneration Centers from April 2021 to September 2022, and as Director of Human Resources/Payroll at St. Charles Surgical Hospital, LLC from December 2018 to April 2021. Norleidy held the position of Director of Human Resources/Payroll at Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center from August 2015 to December 2018, and was Human Resources Manager at FirstLine Schools from August 2013 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Housing Authority of New Orleans from May 2010 to August 2013. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources from Louisiana State University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Herzing University (2009-2011).
