Camille Becerra is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food industry, including chef, recipe developer, and food stylist since March 2009. Currently serving as Chef and Partner at AS YOU ARE restaurant, bar & bakery at Ace Hotel, Camille has also worked as a chef consultant for Casa Pueblo and held positions such as chef at DeMaria, Cafe Henrie, and Navy, where Camille was also a partner. Notable earlier roles include Sous Chef at Reynard @ Wythe Hotel and Chef Tournade at Monkey Bar, contributing to significant restaurant revamps. Camille founded The Hunger and The Cookery, organizing acclaimed dinner parties in NYC, and previously owned and served as Executive Chef at Paloma. Educational background includes training at the Academy of Culinary Arts.

We architect event spaces, rooms, nightly magic, branded campaigns, curios and keepsakes and see the hotel as a potential for real, fluid community.
