Dominique Lahens

Dominique Lahens, CMP has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Private Events Sales Manager at Fourth Wall Restaurants for four years. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Private Dining Director at Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group. In 2014, they became a Senior Sales Manager at Hornblower Cruises and Events. Dominique then joined Thompson Hotels- Two Roads Hospitality as a Group Sales Manager from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Group Sales at Ink48 Hotel. In 2020, they founded Lahens Consulting LLC, where they were the Principal and Founder until November 2022. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Real Estate Salesperson at Compass. In 2022, they also took on the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at The Gotham Hotel NY. Currently, they serve as the Director of Group Sales at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace, a position they have held since March 2023. Additionally, they have recently started working as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker.

Dominique Lahens, CMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
