Ronald Lewis II

Ronald Lewis II has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ronald is currently the Director of Front Office Operations at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace since April 2022. Prior to this, they had various roles at Denihan Hospitality Group, including Front Office Manager at The Affinia Shelburne and Assistant Front Office Director at The James Soho. Ronald also worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where they served as Operations Manager/Sales Coordinator at Aloft Financial District and Front Office Supervisor/Staff Accountant at The Element. Additionally, they had a managerial training role at The Westin. Throughout their career, Ronald has gained expertise in managing front office operations, staff coaching, and counseling, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing various hotel outlets and departments.

Ronald Lewis II obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, General from St. John's University between 2010 and 2014. Ronald also holds additional certifications including Fire Safety Director from the New York City Fire Department, and Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and Automated External Defibrillator from Red Cross Blood Services.
