Amanda Fernandes

Amanda Fernandes has extensive experience in human resources and customer service roles. Currently, at Webera since October 2021, Amanda serves as an HR Tech Recruiter and previously held the position of HR Assistant, providing support in customer service. Prior to Webera, Amanda worked as a Store Manager at Ragazzo from March 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities included store administration, billing, training new employees, inventory management, purchasing, and ensuring quality customer service. Earlier roles include Operations Assistant at Laselva Bookstore, where Amanda managed cash register openings and closures, customer service, and merchandise receiving, and Delivery Supervisor at Grupo Habib's, overseeing delivery operations and store activities from November 2001 to November 2004.
