John Sheppard

John Sheppard has extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, currently serving as General Manager at Ace Manufacturing Industries, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of General Manager at Avail Switchgear Systems from January 2021 to May 2023. John's career includes nearly a decade at Plexus Corp., where responsibilities evolved from Senior Quality Engineer to Operations Manager, with additional roles as Focus Factory Manager and Engineering Supervisor. Earlier in John’s career, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt position was held at Mid-States Aluminum Corp. John earned a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Northern Michigan University between 1989 and 1993.
