Brian Noble

Brian Noble currently serves as the Vice President of Pickleball Experience at Ace Pickleball Club, focusing on developing and operating indoor pickleball facilities and expanding franchise opportunities. Previously, Noble held various leadership roles at Korn Ferry, including Associate Partner, where responsibilities involved creating employee engagement strategies and solutions. As the Founder of Engage Consulting, LLC, significant contributions were made in employee engagement strategies and leadership development. Additional experience as Associate Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group and Senior Vice President at Press Ganey included overseeing employee and physician engagement initiatives. Earlier roles at Morehead Associates, Deloitte, and Accenture emphasized engagement, talent management, and change management consulting, with a strong focus on strategy development and execution. Noble holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
