Carter serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Ace Pickleball Club, having previously held significant roles in training and development at Sky Zone from October 2012 to April 2023, including Sr. Manager of Training & Development and Sr. Manager of Innovation Deployment. During this tenure, Brianne developed a dedicated website for park attractions and improved Net Promoter Score and ROI by fostering innovative activity adoption through effective communication strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Training Specialist at HealthCare Partners, Training & Development Manager at the University of Southern California, and various HR roles at USC. Brianne’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University.
