Peter Schmalz

Peter Schmalz is an accomplished Project Engineering Manager at Ace Precision Machining Corp. since February 2015, leading a team focused on new product launches, 3D printing technology implementation, and process control in the machining department. Previously, Peter held roles as Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Programming Supervisor, where responsibilities included process development and programming team management. At Radyne, Peter served as Production Manager overseeing system orders and a team of shop technicians, and as an Electromagnetic Thermal Process Design Engineer, designed induction heat treating processes. Earlier experience includes a quality control engineering internship at AFW Foundry and a technical internship at Schunk Graphite Technology. Peter earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University in 2011.
