André Rodriguez - Drissen

André Rodriguez - Drissen has a diverse range of work experience in the retail industry. André started their career in 2002 as an Assistant Store Manager at Intergamma, where they worked until 2007. André then joined AS Watson as a Store Manager for a brief period.

In 2008, André joined Crocs, where they held various roles over the course of 9 years. André started as a Shop-in-Shop Manager, where they were responsible for the acquisition, design, installation, and maintenance of all shop-in-shops. André successfully opened 95 shop-in-shops and 15 kiosk concepts in eight countries and managed a budget of over 1.4 million Euros.

André then moved on to become a Franchise Manager, responsible for 56 franchise stores throughout Europe and expanding franchise locations. During this role, they opened 32 franchise stores and kiosks in 7 countries and established strong business relationships between Crocs franchisees and supporting departments.

After their role as a Franchise Manager, André became a Sr. Retail Development Manager, leading the European retail expansion and development of new concepts. André successfully developed and implemented three new store concepts within a short time frame and opened 84 full price and outlet stores in 12 European countries.

Finally, André served as the Retail Director for Europe at Crocs, where they were responsible for more than 200 full price, outlet, and franchise stores across 12 European countries. André reported into the European Managing Director and was part of the DTC management team. André managed a team of 13 employees, including 7 District Managers and 6 retail managers.

In 2017, André joined Ace & Tate as the Retail Ops. & Expansion Director, where they currently hold a position.

André Rodriguez - Drissen completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht from 1996 to 2002. André also attended Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, but the duration and field of study for this education are not provided.
