Tobias Guse

Tobias Guse is a seasoned technology leader with significant experience in frontend engineering and team management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering and Tech Lead at Ace & Tate since November 2019, Tobias oversees frontend development for web and point-of-sale systems, focusing on team growth, technical direction, and code quality. Prior roles include Senior Frontend Engineer at Ace & Tate, Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Mogul, and UI/UX Software Engineer at Razer, where Tobias contributed to high-traffic applications and optimized user experience. Early career experiences at IBM involved marketing and web development, supporting events and creating community portals. Tobias holds a B.A. in International Business Management from Northumbria University and a B.A. in Socioeconomics from the University of Hamburg.
