Nathan Hulse

Nathan Hulse is an experienced professional in workforce management and business analysis, currently serving as the Director at ACE WFM since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nathan held the position of Director at UKG from February 2022 to October 2025 and at Deloitte Australia from December 2019 to December 2021. Nathan's career includes significant contributions as Managing Partner and Service Delivery Manager at Presence of IT from August 2011 to December 2019, as well as Principal Business Analyst and Functional Consultant at Corptech - Program 42, where Nathan implemented the Workbrain solution across Queensland Government Agencies. Additionally, Nathan was the Rostering Project Lead for the Queensland Police Service from May 2007 to February 2008 and served as a Senior Business Analyst at Corptech from September 2003 to May 2007, supporting the implementation of shared services within the Queensland Government.
